About Me
My friends tell me that I have been coaching them for years as I have been with them through difficult times in their lives, rocky patches in relationships, changes of career, bereavement and lots more besides.
I don’t always tell people what they want to hear but I think my honesty is what they most appreciate.
As a life coach, I won’t tell you what to do, that’s up to you. But I will gently help you explore possibilities and help you take those first steps towards a new, better life.
I have enjoyed a happy and fulfilling career working in the retail sector, newspapers, television, the hospitality industry, hospital administration, mental health, a children’s charity and the diplomatic service.
A big part of my work has been to help colleagues experiencing difficulties both at work and personally and I am also delighted to be the Falkirk Herald's own life coach as of November 2011.
I have a Professional Diploma in Life Coaching from Oxford College, England.
